OUCH!

RyAnne fell Thursday night and hit her head on the cement stairs on our porch. She had a huge goose egg on her fore head.

By Friday she had a black eye. She did not want to go anywhere because she was so embarrassed about the why she looked. Hopefully here face will look better in a few days.

A small miracle at our house

Duke our 12+ year old yellow lab went missing 2 months ago. When he did come home we assumed he was gone for good. We replaced him with Mugzie, (the naughty dog!). Last night Brian went out the front door. There was Duke! The kids were so so happy to have him back. Where did he go for 2 1/2 months? We will probably never know.

3 dogs! OH THE POOP WE WILL BE PICKING UP! OH THE HAIR IN THE HOUSE! The only hope I have is that Duke is so so old he can not possibly live much longer!

Ok, If someone sells you a Dog for $175.00 that they paid 400 dollars for, there is a reason why!
If someone tells you a dog is "ALMOST POTTY TRAINED" it really means the dog is not pottey trained.
If they tell you the dog is a good dog and just needs someone to work with her. It really means the dog is untrainable!

Do not fall for it. I did, and now I am paying the price!

Oct 8th Wyatt's Birthday

Disneyland has a great special offer for birthdays. Either you can get free entrance to the park or you can get a gift certificate for amount of park admission. Since we got a package deal that included park pass Wyatt got a 65.00 gift card good any were in Disneyland. Wyatt spent all 65 dollars at the Eight Pieces store (The pirate store).

Disney Day Two

Day two we went to California Adventure in the morning. We were one of the first people in the park and when we walked in there was mini mouse waiting for us. We then headed over to the new toy story ride. It is a "4D" ride. You were 3D glasses. The game takes place in a shooting gallery. With the 3D glasses you can see the bullets flying to there targets. When you hit something it shatters into pieces and you can actually feel the piece flying past you. It was pretty cool! I also loved the animation station. This is like a drawing class taught be a real Disney artist. They teach you to draw one Disney character a class. We drew Tiger. The best part was at the end of the class the teacher signed his drawing and gave it to RyAnne.

One Big Birthday Surprise

This year we decided to give Wyatt a big surprise for his Birthday. We were planning a trip to Disneyland. Wyatt knew that we were going to Disneyland but he did not know that it would be for his birthday!
Oct 6th 2009 woke up really early. Grandpa took us to the airport. We arrived at Disneyland about 10 AM. First ride of course was Pirates of the Caribbean. Matter of fact RyAnne was asking on the plane if we could ride pirates first.




RyAnne with Princess Ariel. Ariel is her favorite princess so I was glad she got to see her. We waited almost 1 and 1/2 hours to see the Princesses, but it was worth it

Pluto was one of the first things that we saw when we entered Disneyland. It was nice too because there was no line to get your picture taken with him.
